Our private kitchen is open to our guests only, so there’s never a crowd, and every meal is made fresh as you request it. Opt for a package price with meals included, or decide on a day-to-day basis.

Delicious Meals

All meals are made to order for you (no buffets)
Fresh baked bread and tortillas are prepared onsite
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, and between-meal snacks are all available
Four-course dinners (appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and dessert) with a different feature of seafood, chicken, or other meats, with delicious side dishes
Vegetarian menus are available, and adaptations can easily be made for food allergies or other dietary preferences; just let us know
Meals are available a la carte or as part of a package (see packages)

Dining Hours

Breakfast, lunch, and light meals can be served at any time of day beginning at 7:00 a.m. (the coffee's on at 6:30 a.m.)
Dinners commence with appetizers at 6:30; the main course is served at 7:00 p.m.
Drinks are available any time during our restaurant hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
