Luxury beachfront villas with ultra-comfortable Heavenly beds and Caribbean Sea views make your time spent out of the water as blissful as your time spent under the water. Our two villas are nestled along your own private stretch of beach.

Each villa has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people if rented fully. Partial rentals of just one bedroom--or one bedroom plus the kitchen, living room, and beach deck--are available.

Gorgeous, spacious, and utterly unique, our two-bedroom villas put you right on the cay's private beach. The villas can be rented in their entirety--a very popular option for families or two couples vacationing together--or partially if only one bedroom is needed.

Villa Rental Options

Entire villa: Two master bedrooms (four queen size beds) plus the central living room, kitchen, and beach deck.
Partial villa - suite: One master bedroom (two queen size beds) plus exclusive use of the living room, kitchen, and beach deck.
Partial villa - master bedroom: One master bedroom (two queen size beds) only.

Villa rental configurations for Roatan beachfront

All options include air conditioning and a private en suite bath with Balinese shower. The villas are designed with private entrances and extra-thick walls to make renting a suite or master bedroom a quiet and private experience for all occupants--no different than reserving adjoining hotel rooms. Villa Living Room, Gourmet Kitchen, and Beach Deck

Between the two master bedrooms is the central living area and kitchen. This area has with insulated walls on both sides and interior doors that can be locked.

Villa Master Bedroom and Bathroom

Each master bedroom features:

Two queen-size Heavenly beds
Air conditioning and ceiling fans
En suite bathroom with Balinese shower
32” flat screen TV/DVD

High speed internet access
Security safe in closet
Side entry porch
Private beach area with hammock and lounge chairs

Each bedroom has its own private entrance. If you reserve a master bedroom only, the interior door leading to the rest of the villa--the living room and kitchen area--is locked, as in adjoining hotel rooms. The interior wall is insulated to prevent noise transference from neighboring resort guests. A mini-fridge is added for your convenience.

Pool and sun pavilion at Barefoot Cay resort, Roatan

The villas are located on the private cay itself, just 85 feet from Roatan's shore. Any time you want to cross the narrow channel to Roatan island, we will transport you via our walk-on passenger barges. The crossing is available to guests only, is free of charge, and takes just half a minute.
